Job Description:
Join a globally renowned luxury jewellery and watch brand as a Luxury Sales Executive at their flagship boutique located in Dubai Mall, Grand Atrium. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and polished professional with fluency in Russian and English, strong sales acumen, and a passion for premium craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an elevated customer experience by providing expert guidance and personalized service

Meet and exceed boutique sales targets, contributing to the overall business performance

Build long-lasting relationships with clients, focusing on retention, loyalty, and referrals

Possess in-depth knowledge of the brand’s story, heritage, and product lines to engage clients meaningfully

Proactively approach potential customers and expand the boutique’s client base
-
Uphold visual merchandising standards and assist in boutique operations including stock control and CRM updates
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally in jewellery, watches, or designer fashion
-
Fluent in Russian and English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus

Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
-
Culturally aware, polished, and familiar with high-end client etiquette

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Must currently reside in the UAE
