As a Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding service, promote our prestigious brand, and contribute to the store’s success by building meaningful client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury perfumes and cosmetics, offering personalized recommendations.

• Drive sales by exceeding targets and upselling products where appropriate.

• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to provide expert advice and enhance the customer experience.

• Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and ready to impress customers at all times.

• Accurately process transactions using the store’s POS system.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism throughout every interaction.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of retail sales experience in perfumes or cosmetics is essential.

• Education: High school diploma or higher, business/marketing degree is a plus.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Flexibility: Available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Location: Candidates should be based in Dubai, UAE.

• Nationality: Preferably Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino candidates.

• Age Range: 0–35 years.
