Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Advisor
Job Description:
John Taylor Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Advisor with at least 1 year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, specializing in the sale and leasing of luxury residential properties. As part of a prestigious international network of high-end real estate professionals, you will be expected to provide refined, clear, and insightful property advisory services to a sophisticated clientele, including local and international HNWIs.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the full real estate process – from consultation to contract execution

Market and position luxury properties effectively to attract qualified buyers and tenants
-
Negotiate real estate sales and lease terms in alignment with client objectives

Conduct market analysis to determine accurate property valuations
-
Provide tailored advice on current trends, property prices, and investment potential
-
Manage and promote listings via digital platforms, open houses, and advertising
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of listings, transactions, and client interactions
-
Stay up to date with legal requirements and Dubai real estate laws to ensure compliant transactions
-
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and ongoing follow-up
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in sales and leasing of prime/luxury properties
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma required
-
Exceptional advisory, negotiation, and client servicing skills
-
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
-
Ability to work independently and within a multicultural, high-performance team

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, mortgage options, legal procedures, and contract law
