As a Luxury Property Consultant, you will represent prestigious residential and commercial listings, providing a bespoke and discreet service that matches the lifestyle and investment needs of our exclusive clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, list, market, and sell high-end residential and commercial properties in prime Dubai locations

• Deliver personalized property consultations tailored to clients’ lifestyle and financial objectives

• Build and nurture strong relationships with HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients

• Conduct professional property viewings, lead negotiations, and manage smooth closings

• Stay informed on market movements, legal documentation, property valuations, and investment trends

• Provide exceptional after-sales service and follow-up to maintain high client satisfaction

• Work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns for luxury listings

• Represent RichKey Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and private networking functions

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate, ideally in luxury or high-end property markets

• Proven success in managing premium client portfolios and closing high-value deals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus

• Based in Dubai, UAE
