Liv Squared Properties is looking for a Luxury Property Advisor to join their growing real estate team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to property handover, while offering sound investment advice and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong market knowledge of ready and off-plan properties, values, and new developments in Ras Al Khaimah.

• Guide clients through property searches and investment decisions based on their needs and financial profiles.

• Conduct negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers to secure favorable deals.

• Handle property listings and market them effectively via online platforms, social media, and events.

• Arrange and lead property viewings, providing detailed walkthroughs and information.

• Manage the paperwork and legal documentation for transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE laws.

• Offer expert consultation on off-plan property deals, including payment structures and developer timelines.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service.

• Attend industry events and stay informed about upcoming projects and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, ideally in Ras Al Khaimah and off-plan property.

• Deep understanding of the RAK real estate market.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Valid UAE driving license and personal car are mandatory.
