Join Marriott Executive Apartments as a Loss Prevention – Team Leader, ensuring the safety and security of guests, associates, and property. You will supervise key security operations, monitor systems, respond to incidents, and serve as a professional, proactive first responder in a dynamic hospitality environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct key control audits and monitor security equipment (CCTV, key boxes, alarms)

Patrol hotel areas and assist with guest access issues

Respond to accidents and emergencies, administer first aid/CPR if needed

Manage incident reports, security logs, and sensitive documentation

Resolve disturbances, escort unauthorized persons, and report suspicious activity

Train and motivate team members; ensure task completion and shift summaries

Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold company standards
📌 Requirements:
Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Work Experience:

No prior experience required (training provided)
Supervisory Experience:

Not required but preferred for leadership growth
Other Requirements:

Physically fit: must lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with assistance)

Capable of extended periods of standing, walking, stair use, and manual tasks

Strong communication and documentation skills
