Logitech is seeking a Category Manager for the Logitech for Business (L4B) division across the AMECA region, including Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, and Central Asia. This role is responsible for driving category strategies and executing plans related to B2B categories such as Room Solutions, Webcams, Headsets, Mice, and Keyboards. The Category Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to meet revenue and profitability targets, manage product launches, and optimize category performance across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:

Be accountable for category performance in the AMECA region, achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Translate regional category strategies into actionable cluster plans and ensure local execution across diverse countries.

Act as the business partner for commercial aspects of the L4B categories, analyzing market performance and identifying new opportunities.

Lead new product introduction (NPI) planning and product launches across the region.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to align strategies and performance KPIs.

Engage with B2B teams across the region, sharing best practices and modifying successful activities for execution.

Use market insights to tailor local tactics and drive collaboration within the region.
Skills and Competencies:

7-10 years of experience in category management or marketing, preferably in the B2B collaboration technology industry.

Strong experience in working with AV, System Integrator, Service Provider, and Distribution partners.

Highly analytical with a solution-oriented approach.

Proven track record in managing cross-cultural teams and working across multiple countries and markets.

Deep understanding of Emerging Markets and their unique needs.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Ability to lead and drive complex projects.
Qualifications:

Experience in Category Management or B2B product management in collaboration technology.

Knowledge of AV, System Integrator, Service Provider, and Distribution partner strategies in the B2B space.
