Job Title: Logistics Supervisor 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations within our logistics department. This critical role involves managing the movement, distribution, and storage of materials and finished products to ensure operational efficiency, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of logistics professionals, monitoring inventory levels, and working closely with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals. You will also play a key role in implementing process improvements and maintaining accurate logistics records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and staff

• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements

• Quickly resolve any logistical delays or issues

• Prepare reports and data analysis for senior management

• Identify and implement logistics process improvements

• Train, evaluate, and support logistics team members

• Maintain strong communication with vendors and customers regarding delivery schedules

• Ensure accurate documentation of all shipments and inventory transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Proficient with logistics software and inventory systems

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required
