Job Title: Logistics & Shipping Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to manage and optimize our shipping operations and supply chain activities. Based in the United Arab Emirates, this role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless movement of goods, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and delivering high-quality service to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and full compliance with internal and external requirements

• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to track stock levels and prevent delays or shortages

• Vendor & Carrier Management: Communicate with transport providers, freight forwarders, and vendors to arrange shipments, negotiate rates, and resolve shipping issues

• Documentation Handling: Prepare and manage essential shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork

• Order Tracking: Use logistics software to monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to departments and customers

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure logistics operations follow all relevant local and international rules, including customs, health, and safety standards

• Issue Resolution: Quickly and professionally handle any shipment problems, delays, or damages

• Reporting: Create and deliver regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and inventory trends to management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain management

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• In-depth understanding of shipping regulations and documentation

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure
