We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipment Coordinator to manage documentation, inventory issues, and shipment logistics within the UAE. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in international shipping procedures, customs documentation, and cost-efficient logistics practices. This role demands strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to ensure timely and effective delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all documents required for shipments and customs clearance

Resolve any shipment and inventory-related issues promptly

Create and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents

Monitor shipment schedules, logistics costs, and ensure timely delivery

Maintain efficient communication with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments
Skills & Requirements:
