Job Title: Logistics & Shipment Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Shipment Coordinator to oversee and streamline shipment-related operations including insurance processing, invoice tracking, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring shipment accuracy, cost-efficiency, and compliance with legal and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and send insurance requests related to shipments and follow up for timely processing

Review and manage shipment invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies

Resolve shipment and inventory-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

Monitor shipment schedules, costs, and insurance documentation to ensure timely delivery and compliance

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless logistics operations

Ensure all processes adhere to legal regulations and ISO specifications
Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent negotiation, organizational, and time management skills

In-depth knowledge of legal shipment requirements and ISO standards

Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity in fast-paced environments
