Job Title: Logistics & Shipment Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Shipment Coordinator to oversee and streamline shipment-related operations including insurance processing, invoice tracking, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring shipment accuracy, cost-efficiency, and compliance with legal and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send insurance requests related to shipments and follow up for timely processing

  • Review and manage shipment invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies

  • Resolve shipment and inventory-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Monitor shipment schedules, costs, and insurance documentation to ensure timely delivery and compliance

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless logistics operations

  • Ensure all processes adhere to legal regulations and ISO specifications

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software tools

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and time management skills

  • In-depth knowledge of legal shipment requirements and ISO standards

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity in fast-paced environments

Preferred Candidate:

  • Residence Location: United Arab Emirates

  • Experience: Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination is preferred
