Job Overview:
The Logistics Service Coordinator – Emirati will be responsible for managing and executing customer orders, acting as a critical liaison between clients, internal teams, and logistics partners. This position ensures service quality, proactive communication, and operational compliance based on PSA BDP standards and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with customers to receive and clarify logistics instructions

• Manage and process messages from international agents and network contacts

• Communicate logistics updates to customers and internal stakeholders promptly

• Identify and resolve service anomalies and disputes

• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance service delivery

• Coordinate with warehouses and subcontractors for order execution

• Advise clients on international logistics formalities and compliance

• Keep managers updated on file progress and any significant service issues

• Monitor service center performance and assist in SOP creation for process offshoring

• Proactively troubleshoot issues to provide timely and effective solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

• UAE National (Emirati), as required for this role

• Professional degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and logistics software

• Effective English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
