Now, we’re looking for a Logistics Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that shape the future of our operations.


Your Role at a Glance

As a Logistics Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex logistics and supply chain projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that every project meets quality standards, deadlines, and business goals—while keeping an eye on innovation and continuous improvement.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle—from design to go-live—for logistics and operational projects.

  • Align project goals with long-term department strategies and business objectives.

  • Oversee research and development activities, ensuring adoption of latest technology solutions.

  • Manage risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and project governance protocols.

  • Track project milestones and KPIs, report to leadership, and escalate issues where needed.

  • Serve as the main point of communication for stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.

  • Standardize project documentation and communication methods across the department.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for operational excellence.

  • Coordinate the creation of RFPs and vendor evaluations aligned with industry standards.

  • Lead change management integration to support effective transformations at scale.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is highly desirable.

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in managing large-scale or enterprise-level projects.

  • Proven expertise in project management within retail or logistics environments.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience in risk management, change management, and process optimization.
