Job Overview:
Keeta is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist (for UAE Nationals) to monitor daily logistics, optimize rider performance, and ensure operational excellence. This full-time, on-site role offers career growth opportunities in operations and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily logistics and rider operations, tracking performance metrics.

• Identify abnormal rider activities or operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Dispatch, Vendor Operations, and Government Affairs teams to resolve delivery-related issues.

• Collect and analyze data on delivery performance, rider efficiency, and customer feedback.

• Support implementation of new logistics initiatives and performance incentive programs.

• Document operational workflows, SOPs, and FAQs to ensure consistency.

• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance rider engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati citizen).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.

• Strong command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with analytical thinking.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience or strong interest in logistics, delivery operations, or e-commerce.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards).

• Enthusiasm for process optimization and customer experience improvement.
