Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve all shipment and inventory-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor logistics workflows to secure the seamless delivery and receipt of shipments.

• Evaluate shipment invoices periodically to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Track and manage shipment-related insurance processes and documentation.

• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate logistics solutions and issue resolution.
