We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong organizational skills, and are passionate about streamlining logistics processes, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery.

• Monitor shipments, track inventory, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers.

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork).

• Supervise the Warehouse Admin Team and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Conduct logistics audits to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for logistics expenditures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize logistics processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP B1 preferred) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• Knowledge of Intercoms, international regulations, and Dangerous Goods Regulations is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
