Job Description:

KYB Middle East is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline the end-to-end logistics operations supporting our regional automotive business. Based in Dubai, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading shock absorber manufacturers in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The ideal candidate will coordinate purchase orders, manage stock movements, handle customer interactions, and ensure all logistics processes run smoothly and on time. You’ll collaborate closely with factories, warehouses, and sales teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.

• Handle all purchasing activities and shipping coordination for incoming stock.

• Monitor warehouse performance and stock purchase status.

• Prepare and process sales invoices and shipping documentation.

• Serve as a key contact for customers regarding returns, discounts, rebates, and support.

• Ensure on-time dispatch of shipments and follow up on delivery schedules.

• Liaise with factories on delivery coordination and shipment updates.

• Track customer payments and ensure credit terms are maintained.

• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle NetSuite preferred).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite) is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of international logistics, shipping, and customs regulations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
