Role Overview:
Universal Rubber Belts is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage global logistics operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain efficient inventory flow. This role is critical in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, proper customs documentation, and coordination with freight and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Shipment Coordination:

• Manage domestic and international shipments end-to-end

• Select optimal shipping methods and carriers for cost and speed

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, local couriers, and delivery partners

• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues

2. Customs Compliance & Documentation:

• Prepare accurate customs documentation (invoices, B/L, CoO, declarations)

• Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance

• Stay updated on country-specific import/export regulations

3. Courier & Regional Problem Resolution:

• Troubleshoot delivery issues including delays or lost packages

• Resolve regional logistics challenges by liaising with stakeholders

• Build strong relationships with courier companies and customs agents

4. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:

• Monitor international inventory levels to prevent over/understock

• Coordinate with warehouses on stock management, dispatches, and handling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain

• Familiarity with ERP systems and factory planning operations

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Proactive mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Flexible, responsible, and capable of working independently
