We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will oversee and streamline the logistics process, ensuring smooth purchasing, stock monitoring, shipment coordination, and timely delivery of goods. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and global automotive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders.

• Handle purchases and arrange shipping for incoming stock.

• Track and monitor stock purchases and warehouse performance.

• Prepare and process sales invoices and shipping documents.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer returns, discounts, rebates, and marketing support.

• Coordinate with factories on delivery schedules and shipment matters.

• Ensure timely and accurate shipment dispatches.

• Follow up with customers regarding payments and credit terms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics coordination (automotive industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, customs, and documentation.

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Must be available to join immediately.
