Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Supervisor with proven experience in civil construction and offshore operations to manage logistics activities supporting major offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of materials, equipment, and resources while maintaining strict compliance with ADNOC standards and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee logistics operations for offshore civil construction activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to arrange transportation, storage, and distribution to offshore locations.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate logistics records to avoid shortages or project delays.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with ADNOC Offshore regulations and safety standards.

• Supervise and lead logistics personnel, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and performance expectations.

• Identify logistical risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain uninterrupted project execution.

• Prepare logistics reports, documentation, and incident records as required by project management.

• Support offshore teams with efficient material flow aligned with construction schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor within civil construction projects, specifically supporting ADNOC offshore operations.

• Strong understanding of offshore logistics coordination, transportation planning, and material control.

• Familiarity with ADNOC operational procedures and HSE compliance standards.

• Relevant certifications or training in logistics and Offshore HSE.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in offshore environments and follow project schedules and safety protocols.
