Role Summary:
One&Only One Za’abeel is seeking a Lobby Host who will be the face of the resort’s front-of-house service. In this guest-focused role, you will warmly welcome all guests, create exceptional first impressions, and ensure a luxury experience from the moment of arrival.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and engaging guest greetings upon arrival and departure

• Deliver a five-star service experience while meeting and exceeding guest expectations

• Coordinate with Front Office Management regarding special requests or needs

• Capture new business opportunities through personal interactions

• Handle incoming phone calls and assist with administrative duties

• Maintain immaculate grooming and presentation standards

• Actively promote the One&Only brand and contribute to a personalized guest journey

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, ideally in a luxury hotel setting

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for exceptional guest service

• Strong multitasking ability and comfort in a fast-paced, high-profile environment

• Impeccable grooming and presentation
