Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a polished and personable Lobby Ambassador to welcome guests with exceptional hospitality. As the first point of contact, you will embody the warmth and professionalism of our luxury brand, ensuring every guest’s arrival and departure experience is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and bid farewell to all guests and visitors, assisting with luggage and providing directions as needed.

• Maintain superior knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions, and daily activities to inform and assist guests.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.

• Communicate parking procedures and assist with loading/unloading luggage.

• Accompany guests within the hotel to their desired locations when necessary.

• Answer department telephone calls using proper etiquette.

• Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry in a guest-facing role.

• Education: High school diploma required.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize guest satisfaction.

  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.

• Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Ability to provide clear, legible communication and directions; basic arithmetic skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to exert physical effort when transporting luggage, remain stationary or mobile as needed, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
