Rotana Hotels is looking for a Linen Runner to join their housekeeping team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on efficient linen handling, distribution, and guest support, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service in line with hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up dirty linen from pantries and deliver to the laundry.

• Collect clean linen from laundry and distribute to pantries.

• Attend to guest requests such as irons, ironing boards, dental kits, etc.

• Deliver and pick up extra beds to guest rooms.

• Collect guest supplies and water bottles from general stores and place them in appropriate locations.

• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.

• Ensure proper use of Food & Beverage linen and uniforms.

• Maintain a clean and organized linen room.

• Perform special duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Vocational training in housekeeping preferred.

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department.

• Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills.

• Computer knowledge is an advantage.

• Friendly, caring, and dedicated with cross-cultural sensitivity.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and innovative.

• Team player with adaptability and customer-focused mindset.
