Ser AlSaada Cafe is looking for a Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, monitoring food levels, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting in kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring adherence to sanitation guidelines.

  • Monitor Food Levels: Ensure the availability of ingredients and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.

  • Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to meet customer demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Operational Assistance: Assist in various kitchen operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong food preparation and cooking skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.

  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience: Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.

  • Education: Culinary degree or certification is beneficial but not required.
