Position Summary:
The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is hiring a Lifestyle Bartender to join their esteemed Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time, on-site, non-management position located in Dubai. As a Lifestyle Bartender, you will craft and serve exceptional cocktails and beverages while delivering a luxury experience that aligns with the distinguished standards of the St. Regis brand.

This role is ideal for individuals who bring charisma, creativity, and a flair for personalized guest service in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with brand standards.

• Offer expert recommendations and explain drink selections to guests with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and surrounding areas.

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation in all drinks served.

• Handle cash, billing, and POS transactions accurately.

• Build rapport with guests and personalize their experience to align with the St. Regis standard of bespoke service.

• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in all drink preparation and serving processes.

• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to support smooth F&B operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality setting is preferred.

• Knowledge of international cocktails, spirits, and wine pairings.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and engaging attitude.

• High attention to detail and presentation.
