Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of guests by monitoring all water areas vigilantly.

• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide First Aid, CPR, or oxygen administration as required.

• Consistently enforce safety rules and park operational procedures.

• Provide courteous assistance to guests and ensure safe facility usage.

• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness within assigned zones.

• Participate in daily training drills to enhance emergency preparedness.

• Accurately report all incidents in accordance with operational protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Certificate or Diploma

• 1–2 years of experience in aquatic safety or a similar lifeguard role

• Certified in Lifeguard Training

• BLS (Basic Life Support) and Oxygen Administration Certification

• Excellent observation, communication, and emergency response skills

• Calm and composed under pressure
