Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Job Description:
Join the leading mental health and wellness clinic in the UAE as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Based in Dubai, our client delivers top-tier outpatient services to children, adults, couples, and families. With a multidisciplinary team of over 30 mental health professionals, they offer an integrated approach to care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate psychologist with a forward-thinking vision for mental healthcare in the region. You will provide therapeutic support, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans to guide clients through their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments through psychometric testing, interviews, and behavioral observations.

Design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling for a wide range of mental health concerns.

Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust approaches based on efficacy.

Offer consultation and psychological guidance to colleagues across departments.

Deliver family and caregiver support when needed.

Engage in research and contribute to the clinic’s evidence-based practice model.

Provide clinical supervision to junior psychologists and interdisciplinary team members.

Support the professional development of the team through training and workshops.

Contribute to the development of high-quality services tailored to a diverse client base.

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in areas such as parenting, psychoeducational assessments, or eating disorders is a plus

Experience in providing clinical supervision

Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not required
Education & Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology

Western-trained (North America, Western Europe, Australia, etc.)

Minimum of 3 years of experience post-doctorate or 5 years post-master’s, with at least 1 year working with individuals with eating disorders

Eligible for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Community Development Authority (CDA) licensure
