Legal Personal Assistant (PA) – Managing Partner Support


Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in the legal sector? We are looking for a Legal PA to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our Managing Partner and key management members. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and oversee the Managing Partner’s calendar.
- Legal Administration: Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents and case files, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Correspondence & Documentation: Draft, proofread, and format emails, reports, and legal correspondence with high accuracy.
- Billing & Invoicing: Assist in tracking billable hours, processing invoices, and managing client accounts.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for the legal team as needed.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports as required by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a law firm in an assistant or administrative role (preferred).
- Law graduates willing to work in a PA role are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal information.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
