Job Title: Legal Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Legal Officer to join a prestigious real estate company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong multilingual capabilities and deep expertise in UAE real estate and contract law, providing vital legal support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Property Purchase Agreements (PPA), and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA).

• Advise senior management on legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all company contracts and transactions comply with UAE laws and real estate regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, leasing, finance) to address their legal needs and offer general corporate, compliance, and regulatory support.

Qualifications:

• Male candidate, aged up to 40 years.

• Mandatory fluency in Arabic, English, and French (both written and spoken).

• Solid understanding of UAE real estate laws, property ownership regulations, and general contract law.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and advisory skills.

Salary:
Up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
