Responsibilities

Support the Head of Legal in arbitration, litigation, and contractual matters.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes.

Assist in contract negotiations, client agreements, and compliance.

Review RFPs, tenders, and insurance/bond requirements.

Provide legal guidance on claims, bonds, and insurance matters.

Participate in senior management meetings and business strategy sessions.

Assist in debt recovery, dispute resolution, and external legal coordination.

Draft and review JV agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other contracts.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).

Engineering background with legal qualifications is considered.

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract advisory, construction claims, or project management.
