Job Title: Legal Associate 

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join the Dubai-based back office of a prestigious UK law firm. The successful candidate will support legal work related to UK asylum, human rights, and immigration bail cases, working closely with the Home Office, Tribunals, and Barristers Chambers in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a law graduate with strong legal research and drafting skills to gain hands-on experience in UK legal procedures while working in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, including grounds for bail applications and bundles for tribunal hearings.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare briefs for counsel in complex asylum and human rights cases.

• Liaise daily with the UK Home Office, Immigration Tribunals, and Barristers Chambers.

• Coordinate with UK-based legal teams to ensure smooth and efficient case management.

• Maintain high standards in legal documentation, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Training Provided: Comprehensive training on UK laws, immigration policies, and tribunal procedures.

• Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM UAE time (to align with UK business hours).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with First Class Honors or Master’s degree in Law with Distinction.

• Excellent legal drafting and research capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written).

• Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.

• Ability to understand and work with foreign legal systems and court procedures.
