Job Summary:

The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal guidance on corporate, labor, and employment matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company in legal documentation and proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to management and various departments

• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor and employment laws

• Research and analyze legal issues affecting company operations

• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required

• Advise on regulatory and corporate governance matters

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations

• Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent

• Strong understanding of labor, employment, and corporate law

• Experience in preparing legal documents and providing legal advice

• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Professional license or certification is a plus
