This role provides legal guidance on complex issues, supports management on engagements and transactions, and ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate has a law degree, strong commercial acumen, and experience advising within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general legal support to business operations and management.

• Advise on engagements and transactions with clients, suppliers, and third parties.

• Support policy implementation and disseminate regulatory information within the operating unit.

• Coordinate litigious matters and provide updates on ongoing legal issues.

• Perform legal work as assigned by Senior Legal Advisor or Management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law.

• Specialist qualifications or certifications in a legal discipline are a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in providing legal advice in a global organization.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical legal solutions.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex tasks simultaneously.
