This is a strategic role focused on driving occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and long-term leasing performance in a competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals

• Manage lease negotiations and prepare agreements with both prospective and existing tenants

• Build and nurture strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders

• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and rental pricing

• Collaborate with construction and project teams to ensure timely delivery of leasable units

• Prepare and present regular leasing performance reports to senior management

• Oversee the tenant onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition

• Address tenant concerns professionally to enhance satisfaction and retention

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)

• Strong experience in leasing management within the real estate or property development sector

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market and tenant behavior

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics and leasing data

• Familiarity with UAE real estate laws and leasing regulations

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• A results-oriented approach focused on achieving leasing KPIs
