Job Title: Leasing and Documentation Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Leasing and Documentation Executive with a strong background in real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and well-versed in the leasing process and documentation management.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining property listings, managing contracts and legal documents, and assisting clients by offering property solutions tailored to their financial capabilities and needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain detailed property leasing listings, including location, features, and square footage

Understand and evaluate clients’ financial situations to offer suitable real estate solutions

Accurately draft, process, and manage all necessary leasing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and acknowledgements

Ensure all paperwork complies with legal and organizational standards and is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Stay up to date with real estate trends, local market knowledge, and industry best practices
Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 7 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or real estate documentation

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma required

Age between 28–35 years

Nationality: India, Morocco, Russia, Syria (preferred)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry practices

Proactive approach with a strong desire for continuous learning
