Fortes Education is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner (LSP) to join Sunmarke School’s Primary Phase in January 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teachers and students to enhance learning experiences, promote inclusion, and foster both academic and social development in a positive, child-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to assist pupils’ learning and engagement.

• Provide constructive feedback to students regarding progress and achievement under teacher supervision.

• Report and record pupil outcomes and progress for teacher review.

• Support students in building self-confidence, independence, and motivation.

• Prepare and organize classroom materials, displays, and educational resources as directed by teachers.

• Promote inclusive education practices, ensuring all pupils feel supported and valued.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and learning support.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and work ethic.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Note:
This is a local contract position; candidates must be sponsored by their spouse or father. The role includes school holidays as per the academic year but no additional benefits.
