Learning Program Manager – Family Business Council Gulf (FBCG) | UAE

The Family Business Council Gulf (FBCG) is seeking a skilled and strategic Learning Program Manager to lead the design and execution of learning and development programs for family business leaders across the Gulf region. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to shape impactful programs, strengthen learning communities, and promote intergenerational knowledge transfer in one of the most influential networks in the GCC.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Learning Programming: Develop the annual calendar of learning programs based on member needs and market research. Lead budgeting, design, partner selection, and delivery execution.

  • Proprietary Programs: Manage key FBCG initiatives such as Bootcamps, Pathfinder, Launch360, Leadon, and Leadership Retreats. Ensure continuous improvement and grow alumni engagement.

  • Internship Programs: Oversee FBN global internships including promotion, coordination with GCC host businesses, and success-story tracking.

  • Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Launch and lead member-requested learning initiatives aligned with FBCG’s strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (CEO, marketing, operations) and external learning partners.

  • Conduct needs analyses and gather feedback to assess program effectiveness.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D).

  • Background in the family business sector is a strong plus.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic mindset with commercial and P&L understanding

  • Strong program management and curriculum design abilities

  • Proficient in needs analysis, concept testing, and impact evaluation

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently while building strong network relationships


Travel Requirements:

  • Regional travel: 1–2 times per quarter (1–2 days)

  • Global travel: 1–2 times per year (2–3 days)
