As a Learning Designer, you will design immersive, adaptive science learning content using AI and data analytics, with the goal of improving conceptual mastery by 100%. This role suits someone with a strong background in science, experience in curriculum development, and a passion for educational innovation through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze learning data using AI tools to identify patterns and improve instructional strategies.

• Design AI-driven virtual labs and simulations to visualize complex scientific phenomena.

• Build adaptive learning paths that adjust to individual students’ progress and needs.

• Translate scientific research into accessible, engaging digital learning experiences.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to innovate educational delivery.

What You Will Not Be Doing:

• Managing traditional classrooms or curricula.

• Working in isolation—this is a collaborative, team-based role.

• Getting stuck in theory—the work has direct, measurable impact.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.)

• At least 3 years of experience in science education or curriculum design with a proven impact on learning outcomes.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language.

• Practical experience working with AI tools in educational settings (e.g., adaptive platforms, data analysis).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to educational improvement.
