Amazon is hiring a Learning Associate to support training and development within its Fulfillment Center. This role is critical in coordinating and delivering training programs, coaching instructors, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. The Learning Associate will also track performance, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements that enhance workforce efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver training across all Fulfillment Center process paths.

• Supervise and support instructors and peer trainers during new hire onboarding.

• Conduct instructor training, coaching, and observations to meet AMET standards.

• Maintain up-to-date training records in the system.

• Ensure training materials are current and delivered effectively.

• Use and analyze data daily to improve the new hire learning experience.

• Provide feedback to trainers and monitor new hire group performance.

• Complete and track tests, audits, and evaluations.

• Assign instructors and oversee cross-training to meet peak skill requirements.

• Work with operations teams to identify skill gaps and deliver critical role training.

• Support the recruitment and development of instructors and peer trainers.

• Attend operational meetings and provide updates on training outcomes.

• Partner with agency managers to improve new hire performance.

• Support AMET-level projects with feedback and process improvement insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Flexible to work various schedules and shifts.

• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve training processes.

• Experience in training, mentoring, or operations support is an advantage.
