Sahab School for Vocational Training in Dubai is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs in financial literacy and vocational skills. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.

Design and deliver training programs and vocational workshops.

Develop instructional materials and oversee LMS administration.

Provide coaching to learners and staff members.

Manage training logistics including schedules and resources.

Evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of training sessions.
Qualifications:

Experience in training, instructional design, or development.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).

Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Public Speaking, or a related field.

Prior experience in vocational or financial education is a plus.
