Sahab School for Vocational Training in Dubai is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs in financial literacy and vocational skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.

• Design and deliver training programs and vocational workshops.

• Develop instructional materials and oversee LMS administration.

• Provide coaching to learners and staff members.

• Manage training logistics including schedules and resources.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in training, instructional design, or development.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Public Speaking, or a related field.

• Prior experience in vocational or financial education is a plus.
