Michael Page is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Specialist for a top-tier government entity in Abu Dhabi. This on-site, full-time role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning programs that enhance employee development and foster a strong learning culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess training needs across various departments.

Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.

Lead onboarding and induction programs for new joiners and managers.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure high-quality learning solutions.

Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting.
Requirements:
-
UAE National with valid Family Book.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.

Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across multiple formats.
