Michael Page is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Specialist for a top-tier government entity in Abu Dhabi. This on-site, full-time role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning programs that enhance employee development and foster a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess training needs across various departments.

• Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.

• Lead onboarding and induction programs for new joiners and managers.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure high-quality learning solutions.

• Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting.

Requirements:

• UAE National with valid Family Book.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.

• Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across multiple formats.
