Job Title: Learning and Development Officer
Job Description:
Odoo Middle East DWC is seeking a bilingual Learning and Development Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in teaching, instruction, psychology, education, or coaching. Key Responsibilities:

Support onboarding and continuous development for new hires, ensuring they gain comprehensive knowledge of Odoo software and services.

Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of various departments and business goals.

Collaborate with multiple teams to align training initiatives with departmental objectives, fostering a proactive and adaptable learning environment.

Lead training sessions and workshops focused on Odoo software and ERP systems, delivering structured, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

Continuously monitor and assess training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve program impact and learner engagement.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company, enhancing the knowledge base and skillset of employees.
Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

Strong familiarity with software products, with a significant asset being knowledge of ERP systems or business processes.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching, coaching, and facilitating learning.

Creative thinking, adaptability, strong problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Experience in designing and delivering workshops and training programs.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Prior experience in online content creation or utilizing e-learning platforms.

Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Turkish, Russian, Urdu, Kurdish).

Coaching/Training certifications are a plus.
