CPX is hiring a Lead Threat Intelligence Analyst to join their cyber defense team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position offers a high-impact opportunity to lead threat intelligence operations, manage critical information systems, and produce actionable insights to safeguard organizational assets. Candidates must bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of cyber threats, and at least 8 years of experience in threat intelligence or cyber research roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and distribute multi-source threat intelligence (All-Source Intelligence)

• Manage and monitor threat intelligence platforms (TIP) for feed quality and system performance

• Produce high-quality intelligence products: reports, assessments, briefings, and alerts

• Enhance and optimize threat intelligence processes, tools, and templates

• Define and refine intelligence requirements across business units

• Provide situational awareness through threat alerts and contextual reports

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine threat actor motivations, intent, and tactics

• Innovate and evolve intelligence center capabilities

• Mentor junior analysts and support the team’s continuous development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ years of experience in cyber threat analysis, threat research, or intelligence roles

• Formal training in intelligence analysis and application

• Expertise in the intelligence lifecycle, structured analysis, and analytic writing

• Advanced knowledge of threat intelligence tools, attack vectors, malware, and cybercrime networks

• Familiarity with frameworks like the Cyber Kill Chain and Diamond Model

• Experience in military, government, or large-scale corporate security environments

• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholder engagement skills

• Certifications preferred: CISSP, GIAC, or similar Information Security/CTI credentials

Preferred Skills:

• In-depth OSINT knowledge and hands-on experience

• Strong analytical tradecraft with the ability to justify assessments against opposing views

• Passion for security, with a deep understanding of threat actor behavior and intent

• Experience using advanced threat analytics software

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior analysts

• Commitment to continuous improvement in threat intelligence functions
