iSTYLE UAE, part of the Midis Group, is hiring a Lead Specialist – HR (Arabic Speaker) to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong Arabic communication skills and at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources. The role focuses on implementing effective HR strategies, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key HR partner for employees and line managers, providing guidance on HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

• Conduct business trips to affiliate offices for handling HR-related matters.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with department heads.

• Develop, update, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and organizational charts.

• Generate and analyze HR dashboards and KPIs to recommend improvements.

• Ensure smooth implementation of annual performance appraisals with fairness and transparency.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and monitor attendance, leaves, and probation timelines.

• Draft contracts for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

• Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and suggest corrective actions.

• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and other departments (Finance, Legal, IT) for aligned goals.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and mitigate legal risks.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

• Assist in rolling out HR tech modules (myMidis) across departments.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in handling performance management, employee relations, and training needs assessment.

• Ability to travel for HR matters and work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
