Securitas USA is seeking a Lead Security Officer / Shift Supervisor to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for former military or law enforcement professionals with strong leadership, communication, and vigilance skills. The position involves supervising Security Officers, ensuring proper patrols, maintaining post orders, and delivering top-notch safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as on-site security team supervisor, ensuring all shifts, patrols, and post orders are executed.

• Train, coach, discipline, and guide subordinate officers per company policy.

• Handle security-related incidents, emergency situations, and reporting protocols.

• Liaise with clients, maintain professional standards, and deliver superior customer service.

• Participate in hiring, orientation, and performance appraisals.

• Ensure timely submission of payroll, reports, and other personnel documentation.

• Support team coverage planning and respond promptly to staffing needs.

• Conduct security patrols and maintain high vigilance throughout shifts.

• May also assume duties of Security Officer during critical times.
