Indman is hiring a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on marine site construction projects. This managerial role requires ensuring that all quality assurance and quality control processes are efficient, organized, and compliant with industry standards. The ideal candidate will monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to established quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Revise PQP as needed based on quality management requirements.

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams and foster collaboration among all quality personnel.

• Conduct quality induction and training for new employees and stakeholders.

• Regularly assess and report project performance against quality objectives and targets.

• Prepare Monthly Quality Reports and report Project Quality Audits to senior management.

• Ensure quality control during all project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning).

• Conduct root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and closeout of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).

• Oversee material requisition and receiving, ensuring compliance with specifications and approval from clients.

• Develop and implement Project Quality Training Plans and workshops for staff.

• Create and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality.

• Propose process improvements for increased efficiency.

• Manage vendor selection and evaluation, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in marine construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of marine construction quality control processes and NCR resolution.

• Ability to manage and lead QA/QC teams effectively.

• Proficiency in preparing technical and quality reports.

• Excellent understanding of material requisition and quality control standards.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
