Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals and bids that align with client needs and highlight the company’s value proposition.

Project Governance: Establish and implement clear governance frameworks for projects, including defining roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols.

Project Execution: Oversee the meticulous execution of projects in compliance with contractual agreements, scope, schedule, and budget.

Planning & Delivery: Develop comprehensive service delivery plans, ensuring alignment with key milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage project risks and change requests, ensuring financial accountability and managing budget deviations.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment and providing consistent guidance and support.

Communication & Reporting: Implement effective communication procedures for stakeholders and deliver regular project performance reports to the Branch Director.

Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards before client issuance, facilitating timely approvals and sign-offs.

Continuous Improvement: Record and integrate lessons learned into future projects, supporting continuous improvements in processes and performance.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 7 years in the construction project management lifecycle, with at least 3 years of experience navigating the UAE construction landscape.

UAE Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience working on the consultant side in the UAE, managing client relationships, providing strategic advice, and driving project success.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale projects, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Budget Management: Expertise in managing project budgets, cost control, and maximizing profitability.

New Business Development: Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the construction industry.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field. MRICS (Project Management Pathway) is preferred.
