AD Ports Group is seeking a highly experienced Lead Principal – Merger & Acquisition to join its strategic leadership team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi, offering a unique opportunity to influence high-impact investment decisions, drive cross-border M&A strategies, and deliver long-term value across the organization’s diversified portfolio.
This role demands over 8 years of proven expertise in M&A, developed at top-tier international investment banks, strategy consultancies, or key industry players. You will oversee deal origination, valuation, due diligence, integration strategies, and negotiations. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with executive leadership and advisory networks to drive financially and operationally beneficial transactions.
Core Responsibilities:

Identify and execute value-driven M&A opportunities aligned with the Group’s growth strategy

Lead complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence across transactions

Engage with internal clusters and corporate functions to align M&A efforts with business strategy

Establish relationships with targets, banks, advisors, and internal leadership for seamless execution

Negotiate and structure high-value deals that optimize returns and minimize risks

Lead integration strategies to ensure synergies, efficiencies, and measurable financial impact

Present investment proposals to top-level committees and the Board, highlighting value creation and risk mitigation
People Management Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance M&A team

Strategic Responsibilities:

Contribute to corporate acquisition strategy formulation and execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum 8 years of relevant M&A experience in top-tier firms or strategic industry roles
