Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is essential for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new prospects to support our sales and advisory pipeline. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and passionate about connecting with people and delivering value through client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.

• Schedule appointments and hand off potential clients to the sales or advisory team.

• Build and maintain a CRM database with detailed, up-to-date client information and lead statuses.

• Track and analyze lead generation campaigns for effectiveness and improvement.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.

• Research market trends and target audience segments to identify high-potential prospects.

• Attend industry events and represent the company as needed.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role (preferably in financial services or real estate).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation quotas and KPIs.

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Well-organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai.
