AFM Holding is seeking a Lead Generation Senior Executive to proactively identify and nurture potential clients for its digital marketing services. The role involves initiating outbound campaigns, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base by leveraging online research, social media, and targeted outreach strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients via online research, social media, LinkedIn, and business directories.
• Generate high-quality B2B leads through email campaigns, cold outreach, and inbound channels.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and follow-up notes.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and engagement readiness.
• Schedule discovery or demo calls with qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance on a weekly basis.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and agency offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in lead generation or sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results.
